How we Work?
At Absolute Fitness, we are dedicated to our client’s overall wellbeing, here decreasing stress is as important as increasing strength. We combine a wide variety of life coaching sessions, personal and group exercise classes, suitable for participants of all ages and backgrounds, from first timers to die-hard athletes.
Our process starts with discovery call, then understanding goals, analysing current physical and mental status, prepare a plan to get desired results and finally measure progress until goal is reached.

Discovery Call:
Discovery is first step towards knowing our client better. Clients explain their problems and goals they want to achieve. After understanding the goals and problems faced, we ask certain questions to understand our clients better. Questions are related to life style, work habits, sleeping habits, dietary habits.
Goal Setting:
We assist you to set S.M.A.R.T. goals. The goals which are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time bound. The SMART method helps push you further, give you sense of direction and help you organize and reach your goals; we are in this together.
Analysis:
We do body analysis (modern and yogic), body profiling, flexibility, agility, strength tests, examine medical history, past injuries and health issues, current eating habits and health status. We do different types of test analysis to understand your emotional health.
Planning & Execution:
We prepare goal centric customized plan which is time bound, considering current physical and emotional health status and helping our client to achieve desired outcome throughout the journey.
Review:
Once plan is prepared and execution is in process, together we review the progress in pre-decided intervals to make sure goals are met and make amendments in plans if necessary.
