Our objective is to increase health, wellness, and vitality through a holistic approach. Absolute Fitness believes that fitness of the Mind, Body, and Spirit are inextricably linked. If you improve your sleep patterns, Exercise regularly, practice Yoga and Pranayama, Meditation, get a higher quality diet, and drink more water, your mind is sharper, thus your spirit is much higher.

Nurturing Mind
“Life is not meant to be a struggle.” I had heard these words so many times, but the true magnificence of this statement wasn't fully clear until I welcomed its insight into my life -- and began to experience a significant positive shift in my overall health as a result. For years, my body had been trying to tell me that something was off. Unknown to me, chronic fatigue, persistent anxiety and intestinal pain were all physical manifestations of the absence of contentment and ease in my mind. What I needed was to empower my mind so that I could deeply heal my body. By finally acknowledging that I had the capacity to play an active role in creating optimal health within my body and mind, I was inspired to become the most authentic expression of my highest self.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. To have a long and happy life, you need to care for both. At Absolute fitness everyday routine is a blend of yoga and meditation, and Group Coaching session where we can talk about anything and everything.
Depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues are not what defines who we are; they are signs we need help, that’s where LIFE COACHING comes for rescue.
The strength of mind is accepting the need for help. Life coaching can help, no one is beyond the support therapy, one on one session, or group sessions away in Absolute fitness. Accept the words spoken in the sessions and allow yourself to understand why are you feeling the way you are feeling. This is how we facilitate nurturing of mind.
Nurturing Body Exercise Your Body
Exercise is essential in Absolute fitness journey. Through activities such as yoga, HIIT, Aerobic exercise, Dance fitness, CrossFit at our fitness studio, we help you get more stronger, more flexible and fit. We all know exercise is good for our body, but did you know aerobic exercise has many effects on your brain? When exercise increases blood circulation to the brain, it influences the way the body reacts to stress. Thirty minutes of HIIT, aerobic exercises or dancing causes the brain to send out calming messages to its limbic system (which controls motivation and mood), the hippocampus (memory, motivation and mood) and the amygdala (this one generates fear in response to stress). It really is possible to dance your worries away! Reconnecting with our bodies is a journey. We are stronger when we nurture our bodies well.
Change Your Diet
We often hear how bad smoking and drinking alcohol is for our body’s but what about what we eat?
Have you ever heard of Blue Zones? The Blue Zones are five areas in the world where people live longer and healthier lives. The Danes, Japan, Okinawans, Sardinians, Seventh-day Adventists, and Nicaraguans all have something in common – they make small changes to their diet, which significantly impact their overall health. All these people’s diets consist of very little or no meat, high vegetable, beans, nuts, and wholegrain intake. A lot of the Blue Zone diets have a very low glycaemic index. This means that their sugar intake is kept under control, which leads to lower insulin levels in the blood, which has been linked with longevity and disease prevention. There are many ways in which the mind exerts influence over the body, and the body over the mind. One influence is in the way we fuel our bodies. The old saying that - we are what we eat? There’s some truth to that. That’s why in Absolute fitness we help our clients with customised diet plans, which suits their body and mind, we help our client to identify the diet which is best suitable to them and help them to thrive.
Nurturing soul
The soul is the essence of who you are, and therefore it must be nurtured. The first step to taking care of your soul is acknowledging that everyone has one. Also, recognize that everything on this earth is a life force, including you. By becoming aware of the life force within every person and thing, it is easier to understand how everything on earth is connected through energy and vibration, strengthening your soul. We help our clients to Create practice of self-nourishment by devoting time each day to meditation and introspection. We facilitate your self-growth and spiritual growth process by offering Meditation, Spiritual healing, Chakra balancing, Crystal healing, at our Absolute Fitness studio.
